Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has given Divock Origi the green light to leave over the summer according to the Aksam newspaper.
Per the source, Besiktas are keen on signing the Belgium international and are hoping to put forward a deal that mirrors the Loris Karius agreement.
The Black Eagles have put forward an offer which would see Origi join on a two-year loan and include a £4.4m [€5m] release clause.
The Istanbul giants feel comfortable they can price out Galatasaray who are under the watch of Financial Fair Play but Everton could prove a problem.
The Toffees are expected to put up stiff opposition in the race for Origi.
Klopp is open to Origi leaving on loan to gain experience and regain form as he has not plans to use the 23-year-old this term.
The Belgium forward has yet to make a single appearance for the Reds and despite being named in the 25-man Champions League squad he has not made the matchday squad once.
Besiktas have already signed one Liverpool player on a two-year loan. Karius is currently the first-choice keeper for the Istanbul giants and settled in quickly to life in Turkey.
