Arsenal extended their winning run to 10 games after coming from behind to beat Leicester City 3-1 at the Emirates Stadium on Monday.
Mesut Ozil was given the captains armband heading into the Foxes clash and he repaid head coach Unai Emery with a footballing masterclass.
The playmaker of Turkish origin scored the equaliser after finishing off a one-two passing combination with Hector Bellerin with a delightful sidefoot shot.

Ozil was directly involved in the second goal threading through a beautifully timed through ball to Bellerin who setup Pierre-Emerick Aubemayang.

The Gunners captain saved his best until last with his involvement in the third goal before assisting Aubemayang with a stunning one-touch pass with the outside of his foot.

Ozil took his season tally to four goals and one assist in nine appearances following his man of the match dispaly.
The victory moved Arsenal just two points behind league leaders Manchester City.
The North London based outfit will take on Sporting Lisbon next in the Europa League on Thursday followed by a trip to Selhurst Park on Sunday against Crystal Palace in the Premier League.
