Everton loanee Henry Onyekuru has been targetted by Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain according to the Mirror newspaper.

Per the source, the Nigeria international could be set to join one of Europe’s biggest clubs.

Bayern and Marseille have reportedly scouted the winger, meanwhile, PSG remain interested after narrowly losing out signing him to Everton.

The report goes onto claim that Everton director of football Marcel Brands will decide whether to cash in over the winter transfer window or keep him on at the club and hope that his work permit issue is resolved.

The reason Onyekuru has been unable to play for the Toffees despite making a £7m move from Eupen last year is due to not being eligible to work in England.

Everton do have options out wide with Theo Walcott, Ademola Lookman and Richarlison all in the side but there are a few points worth clearing up.

Onyekuru has not been in great form as the article suggests.

Turkish-Football reported that Galatasaray manager Fatih Terim has been worried about Onyekuru over recent weeks and held a meeting with the Everton loanee following his return from international football expressing his concerns.

This was shortly before the 21-year-old picked up a hamstring injury which has ruled him out for the past fortnight and is not expect back for at least another week.

Onyekuru has two goals in 10 games for the reigning Super Lig champions this season.
