Juventus take on Manchester United in Italy knowing that a victory would guarantee them a place in the next round of the Champions League as Group H leaders.

Juve beat United 1-0 at Old Trafford on Match Day 3 taking them to nine points in the group.

The Bianconeri will be without Emre Can who underwent surgery to remove a thyroid nodule in Frankfurt, Germany.

The midfielder of Turkish origin is not expected back until December but has returned to light training.

The 24-year-old had one assist in 10 appearances for Juve in all competitions this season.

Juve will also be without Portuguese fullback Joao Cancelo, Douglas Costa, Blaise Matuidi and Federico Bernardeschi who are all sidelined.

United meanwhile are without striker Romelu Lukaku due to injury and right-back Diogo Dalot.

Red Devils boss Jose Mourinho has made two changes from Saturday’s win at Bournemouth as Herrera and Lingard come in for Fred and Mata.

Marouane Fellaini returned to training mid-week and has made the bench.

Meanwhile, Cristiano Ronaldo starts upfront for Juventus against his former side tonight joined by Cuadrado and Dybala in attack.

Pjanic has got the nod in midfield alongside Khedira and Bentancur.

Former Arsenal man Szczesny starts in goal behind a back four of Chiellini, Bonucci, Alex Sandro and De Sciglio.
