Mesut Ozil is no stranger to being linked with an Emirates exit. The Arsenal star had just six-months left on his Arsenal contract before extending his deal until 2021 last January, becoming the highest paid player in the history of the club.
Arsenal’s agent Erkut Sogut played an important role in the negotiations and it appears he is already thinking ahead as far as his clients future is concerned.
Ozil was linked with a move to Fenerbahce last January and it appears he could actually end up in Turkey; but not until after 2021.
Sogut did not rule out a move to Turkey and made it clear that Ozil likes Turkey and that under the right conditions this is something that could happen.

“Ozil has a contract until 2021 but time will tell what happens afterward,” he told Fanatik.
“You never know what the future holds has become a cliche in football but it is the truth.
“I’ll cut to the point. Why Not! I don’t need to explain how much Mesut loves Turkey so under the right conditions he would love to play in the country.”
Ozil grew up a Fenerbahce fan, is engaged to former Miss World Turkey Amine Gulse and is of Turkish origin.
The 30-year-old speaks fluent Turkish and regularly visits the country where he is a popular celebrity.
Arsenal fans can however, rest assure that Ozil is going nowhere for at least another two seasons.
