The reigning Super Lig champions value Kabak as being worth £20m but he has just one-and-a-half year remaining on his current contract.
Galatasaray are keen on extending the young defender’s contract deal but have yet to reach an agreement.
Kabak has started 10 league games and three Champions League matches this term.
