Fenerbahce are willing to offer Chelsea winger Victor Moses £130,000-a-week if he joins on a six-month loan according to Nigerian outlet footballlive.ng.
Per the source, Moses also has rival offers from Crystal Palace, Huddersfield Town, Fulham and Cardiff City.
The Nigeria international reportedly wants to stay in England to be close to his family but Fenerbahce hope they can lure him away with financial incentives.
Turkish-Football spoke to the Yellow Canaries who confirmed that Moses was a target but would not comment on the fees involved.

The club did make it clear that they do have their hands tied as far as the fees are concerned due to Financial Fair Play commitments and cannot break the bank for a short-term loan.
Moses does not feature in Maurizio Sarri’s plans this season and has struggled for playing time.
The 28-year-old was not even named in the Blues squad that beat Newcastle United 2-1 in the Premier League on Saturday at Stamford Bridge.
Moses has made just six appearances in all competitions for the Blues this term playing just 176 minutes of first-team football.
Fenerbahce meanwhile find themselves in the relegation zone at the mid-way point of the season.
The Super Lig returns to action on 20 January after a month-long break.
