Ozil has traveled with the squad to Italy ahead of the Europa League game. The Gunners won the first-leg 2-0 at the Emirates.
The 30-year-old is expected to feature against the Serie A outfit and should be well rested considering he only played the final 45 minutes in the 1-0 victory over Watford on Monday in the Premier League.
Arsenal boss Unai Emery has a great record in the competition having won the Europa League three times with Sevilla.
