Turkey Will Face Greece & Uzbekistan In June

Turkey will face Greece and Uzbekistan in international friendly games following the end of the 2018-19 season.

The Crescent-Stars will face Greece on 30 May at the Antalya Stadium followed by Uzbekistan on 2 June at the Alanya Oba Stadium.

The friendly games come ahead of the 2020 European Championship Group H Match 3 clash versus France in Konya at the Konya Büyükşehir Belediye Stadium on 8 June.

Turkey will face Iceland in the following game against at the Laugardalsvöllur Stadium at Reyjkavik on 11 June.

Senol Gunes will take charge of his third game in charge of Turkey when the national team take on Greece.

Technically the Greece game will be his third match as caretaker manager and the match versus Uzbekistan will be his first as official first team manager as he will leave his post at Besiktas on 1 June.

Gunes has a 100 percent win record beating Moldova 4-0 and Albani 2-0 away.

Turkey are currently second in Group H by virtue of goal difference behind France.
