Galatasaray take on Basaksehir in the Super Lig at the Turk Telekom Arena hoping to secure the league title.
Basaksehir and Galatasaray are tied on 66 points at the top of the Super Lig title.
The winner takes all derby sees Basaksehir hoping to be crowned champions for the first time and became only the sixth separate side to win the league.
Lions boss Fatih Terim meanwhile is aiming to guide Galatasaray to win the league for the eight time – in total the Yellow-Reds have won more championships than any other side in Turkey (21).
Galatasaray will be without Emre Akbaba and Kostas Mitroglou who are both out injured.
Basaksehir meanwhile will be without the injured Alexandru Epureanu, Demba Ba and Arda Turan.
