Galatasaray are planning to build a statue in honour of legendary manager Fatih Terim after his latest triumph a source close to the club revealed to Turkish-Football.
The Lions lifted the league title for the 22nd time after beating Basaksehir 2-1 at the Turk Telekom Arena on Sunday in the Super Lig.
Terim also guided the Yellow-Reds to their 18th Turkish Cup title last week winning the domestic double.
The former Turkey national team manager has lead the Lions to back-to-back league titles.
The planned statue is set to be built outside the Turk Telekom Stadium.
Terim has achieved legendary status for Galatasaray winning eight league championships, three Turkish Cup titles and a total of 18 trophies for the Yellow-Reds.
The Galatasaray head coach is the most decorated managed in Turkish football history.
The 65-year-old still has another two years remaining on his current contract with the Istanbul giants.
The Yellow-Reds lifted the 2018-19 league title with a game left to play.
