Fenerbahce wonderkid Eljif Elmas has been targetted by several clubs across Europe after an impressive debut season in the Super Lig.
A source close to Fenerbahce revealed to Turkish-Football that Tottenham and Arsenal have been scouting Elmas but that the most serious interest is from Italy.
Spurs scouted the 19-year-old three times this season – against Besiktas and Basaksehir in the league and Trnava in the Europa League.
Inter have enquired about Elmas and held talks over his availability this summer.
The Nerazzurri are very keen on the 19-year-old and are prepared to make an offer this summer.
Napoli and Lazio are also interested in Elmas who has been made a target by both clubs who have contacted Fenerbahce.
Elmas is under contract with the Yellow Canaries until 2022 but the club would consider selling for the right price.
Fenerbahce have their hands tied with FFP and must sell players to make signings over the transfer window.
The rising star started playing football at the age of six for his neighborhood club Fenerbahce Tefejuz.
He joined Fenerbahce 12 years later from FC Rabotnicki on a £162,000 [Transfermarkt] move.

Elmas scored four times in 40 appearances for the Yellow Canaries in all competitions this term.
The 19-year-old is part of the ethnic Turkish minority of Macedonia and represents his country of birth.
Elmas has five international caps for the Macedonia national team.
