Turkey extended their win streak to four games under the stewardship of Senol Gunes after beating Uzbekistan 2-0 at the Alanya Bahcesehir Okullari stadium in Alanya on Sunday.
Gunes has won every single game he has officiated since taking charge of the Crescent-Stars with the national team scoring 10 times and conceding just once.
Lille ace Mehmet Zeki Celik was the star of the show scoring a brace in his seventh cap for Turkey.

Irfan Can Kahveci also put on an impressive display providing Celik with the assist for the opening goal and he could have got his name on the scoresheet but missed a last minute penalty.
Gunes fielded a rotation side giving the likes of Ozyakup, Yunus Malli, Efecan Karaca and Sinan Bulut rare starts.
Leicester City defender Caglar Soyuncu started for the second game running and was joined by the highly rated 21-year-old Sassuolo centre-back Merih Demiral.
Gunes faces his biggest test yet on 8 June when Turkey take on France in their third 2020 European Championship qualifier.
Turkey are currently joint first in Group H with France on six points after winning their first two games.
