Besiktas are plotting a move for Celta Vigo outcast Emre Mor according to the Fanatik newspaper.
Per the source, the Black Eagles are set to hold talks with Celta Vigo.
Besiktas manager Abdullah Avci is keen on Mor but the club are not willing to pay over €3m for the out of favor winger due to being considered a risk.
If Celta accept the offer the 21-year-old will be invited to Istanbul to hold talks with the Black-Whites.
Avci believes he can get Mor’s career back on track and resolve his discipline issues.
The Turkey international burst onto the scene at the 2016 European Championships making an explosive start to his career.
Borussia Dortmund snapped him up for £8.8m [Transfermarkt] in 2016 and sold him to Celta Vigo the following summer for £11.7m.
Mor struggled for playing time this season due to injury issues and falling out with the management.

He was expelled from training and frozen out of the first team squad for a series of acts of indiscipline in April and May.
To make matters worse Mor uploaded a video on Instagram showing him running and jumping into a swimming pool at his home when he was supposed to be out with an ankle injury.
The winger is the second highest-player in the squad.
