Danny Welbeck has informed Galatasaray that he wants a €5m per-season on a three-year deal according to the Fanatik.
Per the source, Welbeck is open to a transfer to the Super Lig champions but his demands are proving difficult to meet.
Welbeck would cost Galatasaray €15m over three-seasons if he were to see out a three-year contract on the wages he is demanding.
The Lions are urging the 28-year-old to consider a lower fee before they enter formal negotiations.
Galatasaray are under the watch of FFP and must carefully manage their spending to avoid fines and a European competition ban.
