Video: Emre Mor Makes Galatasaray Debut Against Panathinaikos

Emre Mor made his Galatasaray debut in a pre-season friendly against Panathinaikos on Saturday at the Turk Telekom Arena.

The Lions ended up winning the game 2-1 with Adem Buyuk and Ryan Donk both getting their name on the scoresheet.

Mor came on as a substitute on 63 minutes replacing fellow summer signing Jean Michael Seri.

The 22-year-old put on an impressive display receiving widespread praise for his fast-paced dribbling and skills.

The Turkey international tormented the opposition defence with his energetic forward runs.

A short clip of Mor’s highlights from the game went viral on Twitter soon after the match ended.

The winger was called over by the fans after the 90 minutes and given a standing ovation.

Mor joined the Lions on loan from Celta Vigo last week.

Galatasaray have the option to sign the winger for €8m on a permanent deal over the course of the 2019-20 season.

The reigning Super Lig champions take on Akhisar next in the Turkish Super Cup on Wednesday.

Mor is expected to make the squad for the cup clash.
