Turkey take on Andorra on 7 September in Istanbul and Moldova away on 10 September for their Euro 2020 Group H Match Day 5 and 6 games.

Crescent-Stars head coach Senol Gunes has called up a preliminary 29-man squad ahead of the key matches.

Everton outcast Cenk Tosun has yet to make a Premier League appearance this season but has been called up to Turkey side.

Tosun has one goal for the Toffees this term – in the League Cup victory over Lincoln City.

Fellow Premier League player Caglar Soyuncu has also been called up.

The Leicester City star has started every game for his side this term establishing himself as a key name following the departure of Harry Maguire who left for Manchester United.

In total, 18 players in the current squad currently play in Europe and have an average age of 23.2.

The likes of Mehmet Zeki Celik, Merih Demiral, Kaan Ayhan, Cengiz Under, Okay Yokuslu, Yusuf Yazici, Hakan Calhanoglu, Tosun, Soyuncu, Enes Unal, Kenan Karaman could all realistically start and all play outside of Turkey.

Gunes could end up fielding a side comprised completely of footballers playing outside the country.

Turkey are currently tied on 9 points in Group H with France and Iceland after four games.
