Arteta recently tested positive for coronavirus and was partly the reason why the Premier League decided to postpone the season.

Arsenal’s first-team squad are currently in quarantine while several other Premier League clubs have now taken similar precautions.

Gundogan has played a key role for Man City this season having provided five assists and one goal in 40 appearances for the Citizens.

The Premier League is scheduled to continue in early April however there are likely to be further postponements as the Coronavirus pandemic progresses.
