Chelsea have been keeping tabs on Töre according to football agent Ali Pektaş.

Töre has scored a career high nine goals this season and provided 10 assists in all competitions for the Black Eagles.
The 23-year-old was born in Germany to Turkish parents and moved to England from a young age to join the Chelsea academy.
The explosive winger was a star of the FA Youth Cup winning side of 2010.
Töre parted ways with the Blues in 2011 to join HSV along with former Chelsea head of youth development Frank Arneson.
The 23-year-old has attracted the interest of a host of clubs since joining Turkish side Beşiktaş.
The Turkish international joined Beşiktaş from Rubin Kazan for £4 million this summer and has four-years left on his contract.
