Galatasaray are interested in signing Aston Villa midfielder Youri Tielemans in the winter transfer window according Fanatik.

Per the source, Tielemans is reportedly unhappy at Aston Villa this season and wants to leave the club in January.

The report claims that Tieleman’s agent told the Galatasaray management that he is open to holding talks again with the club.

He has only played for 144 minutes in eight Premier League matches and wants to be transferred to a team where he can get more time.

Galatasaray manager Okan Buruk is very interested in signing Tielemans and has been in constant talks with the club’s management about the transfer.

Tielemans is a Belgian international with 62 appearances for his country. He has scored 5 goals for Belgium.

If Tielemans does join Galatasaray, it would be a major signing for the Turkish club. He is a talented midfielder who would add quality to their team.

Galatasaray are in the Champions League and have a chance of either progressing to the next round or booking a place in the Europa League if they finish third.

The Lions would be able to register Tielemans for the next stage of the Champions League or Europa League if they do sign the midfielder.
