Rangers have slammed the door on Galatasaray’s attempt to land left-back Ridvan Yilmaz on loan with an option to buy according to Sky Sports.
The Turkish club made an offer of a loan to buy with an option in the region of €4m (£3.4m).

The offer made by the Lions offer fell short of Gers’ valuation, leaving Yilmaz’s future at Ibrox in the air.
Serie A outfit Hellas Verona have also made a loan offer for Yilmaz but it appears Rangers have yet to make a final decision despite reports in Italy earlier claiming that there was a deal in place.
Yilmaz has seen his playing time increase under manager Philippe Clement starting the last four league games for the Scottish giants.
The 22-year-old had struggled with injuries but since recovering and returning to fitness he has seen his playing time increase.
It appears Clement does have plans for Yilmaz and will play him if he does stay beyond the winter transfer window.
Yilmaz joined Rangers on a £5m move from Besiktas so a move to Galatasaray would have been a controversial transfer as the two sides are Istanbul rivals.
The Turkish international has turned down all previous offers from Turkish sides making it clear he is happy in Scotland and keen to fight for his place in the team.
Yilmaz is under contract until 2027 and could be a starter for Turkiye in the European Championships this summer which could see his value rise.
