Sacha Boey’s transfer saga takes a twist, with Bayern Munich and Arsenal closely linked with the Galatasaray star the Süper Lig club have named their price.
Reports emerged yesterday that Bayern had struck a deal with Galatasaray over Boey and Turkish-Football recently reported that Arsenal are interested in a move.

Bayern Munich, eager to bolster their defence before the deadline, reportedly intensified their pursuit this week.
However, conflicting figures and Galatasaray’s stance paint a different picture.
Erden Timur, Galatasaray’s deputy chairman, swiftly squashed rumors of a €15 million agreement, declaring no deal is done and the price tag inaccurate. He further emphasized their desire to keep Boey beyond January, setting a potentially higher bar for suitors.
Turkish journalist Nevzat Dindar known for his close ties to Galatasaray tweeted on X that Timur said: “We do not want Sacha to leave, the situation is not clear, we have offers for several players. The board will make a final decision.”
The Yellow-Reds want to keep Boey on at the club until the end of the season unless an offer that matches their valuation is made. Dindar went onto tweet that the Lions want €30m for their star man and that they rejected an offer from Bayern over €20m.
Amidst this tug-of-war, Boey’s previous revelation of talks with Arsenal adds another layer of intrigue. Though no concrete offer materialized, the Gunners’ interest lingers, potentially complicating Bayern’s efforts.
With just days left in the window, Boey’s future remains uncertain. Bayern’s apparent urgency clashes with Galatasaray’s resolve, and other interested parties might still enter the fray.
