Galatasaray secured a hard-fought 2-1 victory over Antalyaspor at the Türk Telekom Stadium on Monday, February 26th, 2024. The win moves them into first place in the Super Lig table, two points ahead of rivals Fenerbahce.
The first half was a tightly contested affair, with Kerem Akturkoglu putting the home side ahead from the penalty spot.

However, the visitors equalised on 33 minutes with a goal from Stander van de Streek.
Akturkoglu was the star of the show yet again, scoring his brace in what ended up being the winning goal.
The Turkish international star now has 13 goals and five assists in all competitions for the Lions this season.
Akturkoglu’s form has attracted widespread interest from across Europe this season.
The Yellow-Reds went into the game in second placed but finish the week as leaders as the two-horse title race with Fenerbahce heats up further.
The Lions will face Fatih Karagumruk next on 29 Febuary in the Turkish Cup before taking on rivals Besiktas in the Istanbul derby away from home next weekend.
