The 25-year-old participated in the ‘Young Experiences Meet’ project organized by the Iznik Municipality, interacting with children and sharing his experiences.
Toughest Matches and Adaptation
A young attendee asked about the most challenging matches he’s faced this season. Yüksek acknowledged the difficulty of every game but highlighted the away 1-0 victory against Twente in the UEFA Conference League as particularly demanding.
Dream Club and Adaptation Importance
Discussing potential European transfers, Yüksek emphasized the importance of the right timing, system suitability, and his ability to adapt. He then revealed his childhood dream of playing for Manchester United, indicating his aspirations for a future move to a top European club.
“The important thing is the right time, the right conditions and in which system they play. My process of adapting there is also very important. The club I want to go to in Europe is my childhood dream Manchester United,” he said.
High Praise for Arda Güler
When asked about his teammate Arda Güler, Yüksek expressed his admiration for the young talent. “Arda Güler is a very special football player,” he said, “I think he will have a very beautiful future. He showed this in the match last day. I hope all the beauty will be with her throughout her career.” Yüksek motivated the children by sharing Güler’s story, highlighting the importance of pursuing dreams, as Güler himself has achieved success at a young age.
