United view him as a solution to their injury woes at left-back, with Luke Shaw’s fitness a concern and Tyrell Malacia lacking experience.
Fenerbahce is demanding at least €25 million for their versatile defender.
The Gunners are also keen on Kadioglu, seeking additional depth at left-back.
Turkish-Football reported that the North London club have been scouting Kadioglu and were keeping tabs on him over the European championships.
Kadioglu was one of the most in form players for Turkey at Euro 2024 and was widely praised for his form.
During ITV’s coverage of Turkey’s quarter-final clash with the Netherlands, Arsenal legend Lee Dixon was dazzled by the defender, saying: “He looks an absolute star, doesn’t he tonight? I think that wing-back role really suits him as well.”
With Nuno Tavares and Kieran Tierney potentially leaving, Oleksandr Zinchenko remains their only reliable option.
Arsenal’s offer of Champions League football next season could be a factor in Kadioglu’s decision.
Both clubs boast the financial muscle to secure Kadioglu’s signature.
The 24-year-old is likely drawn to the prospect of Premier League competition and a platform to showcase his talents on the biggest stage.
A swift resolution from either United or Arsenal could be crucial in securing his signature.
Kadioglu’s versatility and potential make him a coveted asset. Where he lands remains to be seen, but a move to the Premier League seems increasingly likely.
