Liverpool, Arsenal and Borussia Dortmund are reportedly interested in Turkish winger Baris Alper Yilmaz, according to Ankara Keciorengucu president Sedat Tahiroglu.
The 24-year-old’s versatility and recent performances have attracted the attention of several Premier League clubs.

New manager Arne Slot faces a midfield and defensive rebuild following Thiago Alcantara’s retirement and Joel Matip’s departure.
Uncertainty surrounding Mohamed Salah’s contract (final year) necessitates a potential replacement.
Yilmaz impressed at Euro 2024 and is seen as a potential successor to Salah due to his right-wing dominance.
The versatile attacker can also play across the frontline and even as a full-back.
With a reported price tag of around £30m, Yilmaz could be a bargain buy.
Liverpool are not alone in their pursuit. Arsenal, Manchester United, and Borussia Dortmund (via Nuri Sahin) are also reportedly interested.
Tahiroglu, whose club holds a 20% share of Yilmaz’s rights, believes the player should choose a team that fosters his development.
“We have 20 per cent of Baris Alper Yilmaz’s share, but we have not received a meeting request from Galatasaray on this issue,” he stated.
“I hear that Liverpool want him, Arsenal want him, but I know that Nuri Sahin definitely wants him [at Borussia Dortmund].
“I don’t think the price will be €50m. He can be sold for around €30m. Turkish football needs to pave the way for young people.
“I hope he will make the best decision for himself. It is not about the money. The important thing is that Baris Alper goes to a team where he will be successful because he will be the face of Turkey.”
At £25m, Yilmaz could be a valuable addition, but his suitability as a direct replacement for Salah remains to be seen.
Liverpool’s next move will be crucial in securing Yilmaz’s signature amidst growing interest from other clubs.
