New Brighton signing Ferdi Kadioglu has suffered an unfortunate injury, delaying his debut in the Premier League.
The Turkish national team player joined Brighton from Fenerbahce for a reported fee of €30 million. However, his English adventure has been hampered by an injury that is expected to keep him out for 15-20 days.

The Turkish Football Federation announced Kadioglu’s injury and his subsequent exclusion from the national team squad.
As a result he will not be playing for the Turkish national side in the Nations League games against Wales on September 6 and Iceland on September 9.
As a result he may end up only missing one game for Brighton, this weekend against Arsenal. The Premier League side will play against Ipswich in their next game on 14 September.
The injury setback is a disappointment for both Kadioglu and Brighton, as the club had high hopes for his contribution to the team.
Despite the injury, Kadioglu is expected to return to action within the next few weeks. Brighton will be eager to see the talented full-back in action and contribute to the team’s goals this season.
