Charlotte FC have made a significant splash in the Major League Soccer transfer market, securing the services of Ivorian winger Wilfried Zaha on loan from Turkish giants Galatasaray the club confirmed on their official website.
Zaha, a proven Premier League performer with a decorated career at Crystal Palace and Manchester United, joins Charlotte after a disappointing spell at Lyon.

Limited to just six appearances for the French club, Zaha has opted for a fresh start in North America.
At Galatasaray Zaha did win the league and cup double but left on loan after his first season at the club.
The loan deal, which includes an option for a further six months, will see Zaha bolster Charlotte’s attacking options alongside Liel Abada, Pep Biel, and Patrick Agyemang.
Zaha brings a wealth of experience to the MLS, having scored 68 goals and provided 29 assists in 305 Premier League appearances.
This move represents a significant coup for Charlotte FC as they aim to make a strong impact in the 2025 MLS season.
