Bilic did however, confirm that he has received offers from Premier League clubs in the past.
“I have been offered positions in England, there were offers in 2008 and 2010 when I was in charge of Croatia,” he added.
The Croatian manager also stated that he does not believe speculation that the Beşiktaş board have been conspiring against him behind his back.
“I do not believe these stories, why would the board be in talks with Mircea Lucescu it is just ridiculous,” Bilic said.
Bilic has been praised for developing players such as Gökhan Töre, Veli Kavlak, Necip Uysal and Olcay Şahan.
The Beşiktaş boss has also maintained an unbeaten home record against Premier League opposition in Europe this season.
The Black Eagles drew against Arsenal and beat Tottenham as well as Liverpool at the Atatürk Olympic stadium.
The Croatian manager has also been criticised for failing to beat Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe in derby games since taking over.
