The Croatian manager is credited with developing the Turkish international from a young player with potential into one of the best performing players in the league.
Töre was plagued with disciplinary issues both on and off the field but has calmed down under the command of Bilic.
The explosive winger has nine goals and 10 assists in all competitions for the Black Eagles this season – a career high.
Töre joined the Black Eagles from Kazan for £4 million this summer and has four-years left on his contract.
The 23-year-old has been closely linked with a number of Premier League clubs including Tottenham and Manchester United.
Beşiktaş board member Erdal Torunoğulları confirmed that Töre is being scouted by a number of clubs.
Torunoğulları also revealed Spurs and United have keeping tabs on Töre when asked recently by the official Beşiktaş Magazine: “A number of players are starting to make a name for themselves.”
“Töre is being scouted by the clubs mentioned, I have met with a number of scouts who have made enquiries about him.”
