Arsenal midfielder Mikel Arteta and Reading captain Jem Karacan took part in a Puma event located in central London today.
The event took place at the Pro-Direct LDN19 store and involved a questions and answers session as well as competitions and prize giveaways.
Arteta urged fans to attend the event via his social media Twitter account: “Heading down to @ProDirect_LDN later today with @PUMAFootball. Come join #LDN19 #Arsenal #ForeverFaster @PUMAFootball.”

Karacan also called out to his fans to turn out via his Twitter: “Heading down to @ProDirect_LDN with @pumafootball. Come join. #ldn19 #reading #ForeverFaster.”
Arsenal and Reading both have Puma as their shirt sponsors and will face each other in an FA Cup semi-final on Saturday 18 April at Wembley.
The Gunners are the current FA Cup holders but will have to make it past Reading if they are to defend their title.
Karacan is a doubt for the game having only recently recovered from injury but the Turkish international did make an appearance for Blackburn on the weekend.
Reading are currently 18th in the Championship on 47 points from 42 games this season.
