Kerim Frei – 'I still have a lot to learn from Slaven Bilic'

Beşiktaş winger Kerim Frei has revealed that he still has a lot to learn from head coach Slaven Bilic.

The Turkish international joined Beşiktaş on a €3.5 million move from Fulham last season and has managed to break into the first team under Bilic.

“It is an honour to work with Slaven Bilic, he is a great coach and I personally still have so much more to learn from him,” Frei told FitStop speaking on NTV Spor.

Frei has four goals and one assist in 43 appearances in all competitions for the Black Eagles this season.

The 21-year-old is one of the most highly rated youngsters in the Süper Lig and still has three years left on his contract.

Beşiktaş are currently first in the Süper Lig and will take on sixth placed Trabzonspor on the weekend.

The Black Eagles are however, first only on goal difference to Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe are just one point behind in third place.
