The Süper Lig round of 33 kicks off on Friday 22 May between Gençlerbirliği and Mersin İdman Yurdu.
Saturday sees Trabzonspor take on fourth placed Balıkesirspor. The Black Sea Storm must win to keep their hopes of a top four finish alive.
The headline act on Sunday is without a doubt the Istanbul derby between Galatasaray and Beşiktaş at the Türk Telekom Arena.
Galatasaray are currently first and a win would all but guarantee their 20th league title and the right to wear a fourth star.
Beşiktaş are out of the title race but a win would keep their hopes of a runners up spot alive.
Fenerbahçe will be hoping Beşiktaş beat their rivals Galatasaray as it will give them a chance to move into pole position. However, their opponents Başakşehirspor have their eye on clinching an unprecedented fourth place finish.
