Beşiktaş manager Slaven Bilic was reported to be keen on Sivok staying but with the Croatian manager leaving at the end of the season the clubs transfer policy is expected to change.
The 31-year-old is one of the most experienced players in the team and Beşiktaş were linked with offering a one year contract extension.
The Black Eagles will however, be able to sign 14 and play 11 foreign players at any one time following the rule changes implemented by the Turkish Football Federation (TFF) that come into effect next season.
