Şenol Güneş is expected to take over as the next manager of Beşiktaş according to Turkish sports newspaper Fanatik.
Güneş is currently manager of Bursaspor however, his contract is set to run out after the Turkish Cup final on June 3 2015.
The experienced manager will be free to join Beşiktaş and is currently favourite to replace Slaven Bilic.
The former Croatian national team manager has resigned from his position as Beşiktaş head coach.
Güneş guided Bursaspor to a sixth placed finish and the Turkish Cup final which will be played against Süper Lig champions Galatasaray.

Güneş led Turkey to 3rd in the 2002 World Cup in Japan and South Korea. The experienced manager is one of the most highly rated managers in Turkish football.
Bursaspor played an attacking style of football under the command of Güneş and scored the highest number of goals in the league this season – 69.
