Beşiktaş president Fikret Orman has revealed that he turned down the chance to sign Real Madrid keeper Iker Casillas.
Orman claims that the players agent offered Casillas to the club on a deal worth €6 million per-season.
“There is no doubting what Casillas has won and what a great keeper he is but we want hungry players to take us forward and have made the mistake of signing these types of players before,” Orman was quoted as saying in the Fanatik.
