Samuel Eto’o has arrived in Antalya to put pen-to-paper on a deal with Antalyaspor. The Cameroon international was flown in on private jet along with Antalyaspor’s President Gültekin Gencer.
Gencer confirmed the transfer of Samuel Eto’o yesterday. The experienced striker was expected to arrive late last night.

Eto’o joined Sampdoria from Everton last season and scored six times while providing five assists in all competitions last season for the Serie A outfit.
The former Chelsea striker is set to sign a three-year-deal with Antalyaspor. The 34-year-old will earn €3 million per season plus bonuses.
Eto’o has previously played for Chelsea, Anzhi, Inter and Barcelona.
Antalyaspor were promoted to top-tier football at the end of the season and want to strengthen the squad with a number of high profile and experienced transfers.
The Antalya based club is also in the process of completing a new 40,000 seater stadium.
