Beşiktaş want at least €12m for Turkish international winger Gökhan Töre according to the Fanatik.
The sports newspaper report that Töre Atletico Madrid have made a €9 million offer for the 23-year-old but that the Black Eagles will not accept a fee lower than their asking price.
The Spanish giants are in the market for a winger following Arda Turan confirming he will be leaving the club over the next few days.

The former Chelsea man is in the best form of his career. The Turkish international winger had nine goals and 11 assists in all competitions for the Black Eagles this season.
The Turkish international put on impressive performances against Tottenham, Arsenal and Liverpool in Europe and included in the Whoscored Europa League team of the season.
The 23-year-old joined the Chelsea academy as a youth and was a star of the FA Youth Cup winning side of 2010.
Töre parted ways with the Blues in 2011 to join HSV along with former Chelsea head of youth development Frank Arnesen and later joined Rubin Kazan.
The explosive winger joined the Black Eagles from Kazan for £4 million this summer and still has three-years left on his contract.
