Manchester United full-back Rafael is keen on a move to Turkey a source close to Turkish-football.com confirmed.
Galatasaray have yet to make an offer for Rafael and the 25-year-old has also received interest from Serie A giants Roma according to Talksport.
Talksport‘s Warren Haughton also recently claimed that Galatasaray, Napoli as well as Fiorentina are interested in the 25-year-old right-back.
“Napoli, Galatasaray, Fiorentina all in for him and there were no specific denials form United from people I spoke to so it does look like he will be leaving,” he said.
Rafael has been closely linked with a move to Galatasaray following Louis van Gaal’s decision to drop the Brazilian international from the US tour squad.
The Lions have made strengthening at right-back a priority over the summer after a string of poor performances from Tarık Çamdal.
The Istanbul giants have a history of Brazilian players settling in and being successful at the club with the most recent examples being Felipe Melo and Alex Telles.
Galatasaray also employ Brazilian legend Claudio Taffarel as their goalkeeping coach.
Rafael provided one assist and scored on goal in 17 appearances for United last season and still has two-years left on his contract.
Galatasaray would be able to offer the attacking full-back regular first time football and Champions League action.
