Bursaspor midfielder Ozan Tufan has revealed that his former teammate Enes Ünal is adapting to Premier League football at Manchester City.
Tufan did state that Ünal did initially struggle with the training regime at Manchester City but that he is enjoying the summer tour in Australia with his new side.
“Enes told me how tough it was at the camp at first our training methods and theirs are so different but I hope it all works out and he is doing well,” Tufan told the Bursa Hakimiyet.
Ünal joined City on a £2 million move from Bursaspor over the summer transfer window becoming the first Turkish international to play for the Citizens.
Tufan has also been closely linked with a move abroad with City rivals Manchester United reportedly keeping tabs on the 20-year-old midfielder.
The 20-year-old midfielder established himself as a first team regular last season at Bursaspor and broke into the Turkish national side.
Tufan had a total of three goals and nine assists in 46 appearances for the Green Crocodiles last season.
Bursaspor also sold youngster Batuhan Altıntaş to HSV Hamburg over the summer transfer window.
