Arsenal playmaker Mesut Ozil has posted a picture of himself during training as he prepares for Sunday’s clash against West Ham United.
The Gunners kick-off their Premier league campaign with a London derby against West Ham in their opening game of the 2015-16 season.
Arsenal have beaten West Ham in their last ten head to heads and will be looking to get off to a winning start this term.
Özil featured in Arsenal’s 1-0 victory over Chelsea in the Community Shield last weekend.
The Germany international made nine assists and scored five goals in 32 appearances for the Gunners in last season.
The 26-year-old played a staring role during Arsenal’s pre-season and has been tipped as a candidate for player of the year by manager Arsene Wenger.
Özil has been in good form since the turn of the year winning two Vitality Arsenal Player of the Month and a PFA Fans Player of the Month award.
