The assist was the first Nani has provided for assist in 598 days since United beat Norwich 1-0 in the Premier League.
Van Persie also scored his first league goal since leaving United and netted for the first time in European competition for his new side just a few days before as Fenerbahçe beat Atromitos 1-0 in the Europa League group stages.
The 32-year-old striker scored with his first shot on target against the Greek side in the Europa League and then hit the back of the net again with his second shot on target against Rizespor.
The goal was not however, enough to secure Fenerbahçe all three points as Rizespor equalised late on to rescue a point.
The Yellow Canaries take on Antalyaspor next at the Şükrü Saracoğlu stadium.
