Germany take on Poland at home hoping to leapfrog the Group D leaders and take a giant step step towards securing at place at the Euro 2016 championships.
Liverpool midfielder-come-defender Emre Can will make his senior international debut for the Germany national team and will make up one of two players of Turkish origin in the starting line-up with the other being Arsenal star Mesut Özil.
Galatasaray striker Lukas Podolski has also been called up to the national team but will not be starting.
