Sivasspor manager Robert Carlos has revealed he is enjoying coaching in Turkey but underlined that results must improve.
“There is a great atmosphere at the club, training is always fun and everyone works hard,” Carlos said.
“Sometimes players perform sometimes they don’t perform as well what is important is working with them to help them develop and become more of a team player.
“The players are well motivated and they train hard every week.
“I use technology in my training to monitor the players performance and statistics so we know what they must improve.
“Results could have been better but we will turn this around.”
The former Real Madrid star was appointed manager of Sivasspor on a two-year deal last summer.
The Yiğidolar who finished last season far beyond expectations in fifth place, currently find themselves in 17th place with only one win in nine matches this season.
