Nani now has a total of four goals and two assists since joining from Manchester United over the summer transfer window.
Markovic joined the Istanbul giants on loan from Liverpool over the summer on a one-year move.
The 21-year-old forward has become the 11th transfer to join the Yellow Canaries this summer and the third from the Premier League following Robin van Persie and Nani both leaving United for Istanbul.
Markovic has also joined former Liverpool midfielder Raul Meireles at the Super League giants.
Fenerbahçe will move three points clear of Trabzonspor at the top of the table with a victory over the Green Crocodiles on 13 points after five games.
