The Turkish Football Federation (TFF) have said that they will allow Hamza Hamzaoğlu to hold talks with Galatasaray.
The TFF press officer Mete Düren spoke with reporters this morning.
“We will meet with Turkey’s director of football Fatih Terim,” Düren said.
“If Terim gives the green light, as the TFF we will not stand in the way of Hamza Hamzaoğlu and Galatasaray.”
Galatasaray have been on the hunt for a new manager since firing Cesare Prandelli yesterday.
Hamzaoğlu has previously worked with Akhisar in the Turkish Super League.
Galatasaray are currently in third place in the Super League with 19 points from 10 games.
