West Ham are set to make a January bid for Beşiktaş star Gökhan Töre according to the Mirror.
Hammers boss Slaven Bilic is no stranger to Töre in fact he is responsible for getting his career back on track during his two year stint at Beşiktaş.
Töre started his career at Chelsea rising through the ranks of the youth academy before a move to HSV Hamburg.
After spells in the Bundesliga and Russia the Germany born Turkish international winger joined Beşiktaş where he has established himself as one of the brightest talents in the league.
Bilic recently stated that he tried to sign Töre at the start of the season and that he is a big fan of the explosive winger.
“I have always said that Gökhan Töre could play at any European team he has both the quality and the potential,” Bilic said.
“After agreeing terms with West Ham I told the board that I want him and I strongly believe he would add a lot to the team and be a success in England.”
The Metro report that Arsenal are also scouting Töre and that a £14.5 million bid for the Beşiktaş winger could be on the cards.
