The Istanbul giant will secure their place in the Round of 32 with a victory but the Norwegian side have yet to lose a home game in Europe this term.
Fenerbahçe find themselves in second place on five points while Molde top Group A on 10 points.
Fenerbahçe boss Vitor Pereira is without the injured Caner Erkin but otherwise has a full strength squad to chose from.
Molde have already booked a place in the next round but a draw would ensure a first placed finish.
