AC Milan attempt to hijack move for £17m Liverpool defensive target
AC Milan want Fenerbahce defender Simon Kjaer in a part-exhange deal for Jose Sosa according to reports in Turkey.
Turkish newspaper Milliyet report that AC Milan are prepared to offer Sosa in addition to a £4.2 million fee for the Denmark international.
Sosa has experience in the Turkish league enjoying a successful season at Besiktas before joining AC Milan last summer.
The £4.2 million fee does however, fall well short of Fenerbahce’s £17 million valuation.
Kjaer does have another two-years on his contract and current earns £3.4 million per-season.
