Agent Controversially Offers Tottenham Forward To Turkish Giants But Fee Demands Could Jeopardise Move

Janssen

Tottenham forward Vincent Janssen spent last season on loan at Fenerbahce.

Janssen has been linked with a return to the Yellow Canaries but there are reports of a controversial move being proposed.

Fotomac report that agents representing Janssen have offered him to the Yellow Canaries bitter rivals Galatasaray.

If it were to go ahead the transfer would be sure to spark up a storm.

Players rarely move from Fenerbahce to Galatasaray or vice-versa.

The Super Lig champions are keen on signing a backup striker to Bafetimbi Gomis this summer ahead of the Champions League campaign next season.

Fenerbahce paid a €5m fee for Janssen last term and have made it clear they will not be offering the same amount again.

Janssen scored just five goals and provided four assists in 19 appearances for Fenerbahce in a season disrupted by injuries.

The 24-year-old was sidelined from December up until April with a toe injury.
